The location, size, proportion and details of the gable roofs are critical to the successful integration of the first floor addition and ground floor rear extension to achieve a harmonious built form with great street presence.

The new covered rear deck provides shelter and shade for outdoor entertaining year-round. Large bifold doors open up to allow the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces to merge. A new outdoor kitchen, complete with built-in bbq, rangehood and sink, is designed to be an extension of the new indoor kitchen, and both becomes one when the bifold doors are fully opened.
